7 Basic Security Tips to Protect Yourself from Cyber Security Attack

So here are 7 Security tips to protect yourself from cyber security attack -

1.    Don’t share personal :- 

Today all people used social media. We share everything on yhe social media like Facebook and Twitter and other. But don't share all personal information on the social media. for example , don't post the personal names, family names, born city or other info may act as your answers to your secret questions even as passwords to your accounts.

2.   Use different email accounts:- 

Use different email addresses for your social media, Internet banking, financial services, credit card & Debit Card, shopping and other accounts.

3. Use prepaid or gift card for shopping:-

 Today we used online shopping because many e-commerce site available on internet but many users hacked so you can used buy prepaid or gift cards to shop online. If your account is hacked, the thieves will not have access to your real credit card information.

4. Don’t use public or unknown Wifi:- 

When connecting to someone else’s Wi-Fi, they can capture all of your usernames and passwords, or even access your hard drive and download your entire database. So don't connect with unknown wifi. 

5. Protect your passwords:- 

First Protect Your Cell Phone because Our personal data stored in the cell phone and hacker used cell phone for reset password. And always make Strong and complex password. Some useful tips for making password.
·       Use different passwords with each one of your websites and add characters like “!, -, @, +,/,?”.
·       Don’t use personal info (bank ac no. DOB, Roll no. mobile no. etc.)
·       Use different password for each website. If ur password “ English” then
·       You can use “flipEnglish” for flipkart.com
·       And you can use “gmailEnglish” for gmail.com
·       Use characters when setting up secret questions. If the question is “What elementary school did you attend?” make youe answer “Mumbai@1”.

6 Do not use others computers to login to your accounts:- 
Don't use other's computer because  Your special someone may load spyware on his or her computer to collect your passwords whenever you log in to your email, Facebook or other accounts. They used your credential.

7. Avoid using computers in public places:- 

In the public places like airports, hotels, stations and cafes. Hackers may have spyware on their computers that allow them to look at all of the bits and pieces of information floating around them, so make sure you don’t login to your accounts in these places.

Repair laptop or computers in trusted places and reformatted system before sell or donate. Always used a best antivirus & anti-malware software and scan regularly.
